Our Dublin based clients currently have a vacancy in the South East for a Technical Sales Rep. The Technical Sales Rep will be on a commission only salary with a safety net basic salary of €20K. The average earnings of the Reps is approx €65-€70K per annum There is no cap on Reps commission so their earnings can potentially be a lot higher than the average. They will also be given a company vehicle (commercial freelander), laptop and mobile phone.

Key Tasks:

* Account Management

* New Business Development

* Selling fixing, cutting and drilling solution systems into the construction industry.

Requirements

* This role will require a targe driven individual with a focus on results

* You wil need excellent commucation and interpersonal skills

* You will be energetic and have the ability to work off your own initiative

* The ideal candidate will demonstrate a belif in the imporrtance of the customer and a willing ness to meet and exceed expectations.

While this is a commission only role there will be a ramp up period of 6 months where the candidate will be on a much higher basic salary to allow them to build up their earnings prior to switching to the commission only salary!
