Kitchen is fitted with everything, there is an entertainment room and a living room, a dining room and a great back yard with a garden for barbeque. We're right on the Beechwood LUAS stop, 4 mins (we timed it) to the Ranelagh main road and 20 mins walking to the city! Yea! Sharing with 4 other people, the house is comprised of 3 27-28 guys all single and young professionals, and one 25 girl extroverted single and young professional.
