Very nice property agency managing this flat, easy going, rent paid by direct debit, no visits, quick response to any problems.

Looking for: A large studio but ideally a small apartment/flat; furnished or unfurnished. Bedroom/living room CAN be one if big enough and there is a decent hallway but Kitchen must be separate for sure (min 30 sqm total footprint)

The closer to airport the better but cannot be car dependent location.

Rent can be up to 900 Euro (excl. heating etc), lease terms not more than 1 yr

Occupation by 1 person and 1 CAT (very important that that is allowed, its a indoor cat for the past 4 years so clean etc)

Pls only seriously interested. No guarantee given NOR expected from either landlord to accept swap at time of contact. Landlord approach only when both parties agree on potential swap.
