An experience Finance Manager/Shared Services Manager is urgently sought for an expanding global financial services company based in Dublin. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the business partners, this will be a busy and demanding role; duties will include overall management of Accounts payable, expenses, financial reporting and the treasury function within the business. You will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 10 years experience, 5 of which has to be within insurance or financial services. Knowledge of tax (payroll VAT), process engineering and operational change and transfer management, is a strong advantage. Team management and implementing of standards, processes and controls as well as strong interpersonal, analytical and organisations skills are essential. A competitive salary of up to €100,000 dependant on experience, plus excellent benefits is offered.
