In the small hours of Monday morning, nearing the end of the 2009 Afro-Cuban Salsa Congress, no one wanted it to end.. It had been a fantastic salsa experience..We had danced our shoes into the ground and our socks off!

To a hot selection of tunes played by our DJ’s new moves were learnt, new friends made and new ideas taken from the amazing teachers and performers present.
Everyone gave their best, from teacher to guest, and once more the Salsa family became and even Bigger one…

TIPS FOR THE WEEKEND AFRO-CUBAN EVENT 2010 IN DUBLIN

Dont forget to get to drink plenty of water, Drink smoothies and juice, eat healthily, including lots of fruit, and get plenty of sleep from now on, because you are going to need all the energy you have to cope with the amount of laughter, fun and dancing you are going to be doing non stop for 3 Nights parties till the wee hours and 2 full days of intense workshops from 11am to 5pm..
