Vacancy – Subscriber Service Representative

Our client is a leading, global software provider within the engineering sector, delivering solutions and integrated applications on an open platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and demanding work environment, in a brand new Shared Services Centre.

Responsibilities

· First point of contact for Users / Customers
· Immediately resolve contract and billing related questions/requests where possible
· Route issues to appropriate departments / colleagues when necessary
· Provide license support for users
· Role is designed to facilitate efficient servicing of customer needs by solving issues and providing complex solutions.
· Resolve account related questions or requests inbound and outbound via telephone and email
· Re-route calls and create service tickets for matters that require escalated follow up or handling by other departments
· Order fulfillment processing
· Monitor and follow up on all open issues to deliver customer excellence in line with SLA’s
· Assist with software licensing for our users
· Update/maintain user and contract information in SAP
· Perform other operational or administrative activities as needed.
· Generate lead information to Sales Team

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years experience providing billing operations or customer service support within a EMEA Shared Services Centre or similar environment
· A desire to strive for excellence in customer service displaying a positive and can do attitude at all times.
· Motivated to be a problem solver and team player
· Strong attention to detail
· 4 Year post secondary degree would be an advantage
· Experience with SAP (CRM and/or ERP) or similar enterprise software is preferred.
· Fluency in English is required
· Opportunities exist across a number of languages in particular;-
German, French, Dutch, Czech, Scandinavian, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Slovak, Greek and Portuguese languages. A combination of 2 or more would give you a distinct advantage.
