I'm 26 years old and I'm a friendly, responsible and clean professionnal looking for a double room in a non-smoking, clean and quiet house or appartment in either D2, D4 (Ringsend, Ballsbridge, Sandymount) or D6 (Ranelagh or Rathmines). I like socialising with my housemates occasionally but I'm not looking for a mad party house either!

A washing machine and the Internet are essential to me, central heating would be great but not essential. I can pay up to 500 euros for rent.

I've been living in Dublin for 3 years but I took a break to volunteer and travel abroad for a few months. I'm coming back to Dublin on Monday 2nd November. I'm looking for a place available ASAP.
