We are a lesbian couple, 1 aussie, 1 english, mid 20's, looking for a fun flatshare around 1st September, staying in Dublin around 6 months. We are non smoking, very clean and tidy, love a drink and a good time but respect peoples own space. Both are working full time and we would like a flat close to the city centre, as long as it has:

- walking distance to St Stephen Green
- all mod cons in the kitchen
- washing machine
- double or twin beds in own room
- Nice friendly people who respect privacy, cleanliness and who are easy going
- internet a plus
- Max €700 per month for both of us
