Hi I am a 30 something Irish guy looking to team up with either males or females to find a relaxed and harmonious place to live in.I am currently unemployed (like too many people right now) but am in the process of starting my own media based business.If anyone in a similar area it would be wonderful to team up.I also need to receive rent allowance which I know can be a hinderance but surely there are still some reasonable landlords out there that can tell the difference between the good and bad!I am looking for somewhere in Louth,preferably close-ish to Dundalk,but I don't mind being somewhat in the country for the peace and quiet!
