I have had a passion for cooking since I was very young and have wanted to cook professionally most of my life but it was only in the economic downturn that I actually decided to do the certificate course. I am a keen rugby and football player, although I do not play for a team anymore, I still manage to organize a game with my friends once a week. I am an extremely hard worker, have excellent leadership skills and I am a very sociable person, all of which would help me become an asset to your team. I am also very proud to say that I have cooked with such chefs on the course as Nevin Maguire, Atul Kochhar, and David Thompson all of which were fantastic mentors.
