My Client is a four star hotel that is one of the leading resort spa hotels in the country, It has recently undergone a million euro development.

Responsible to: General manager and Deputy General Manager

Strong Points: This role required a true hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service is more than doing what is expected – it is doing the unexpected that sets us apart.

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria: -

Will be coming from a 4*/5* background.

Significant restaurant and bar experience

Minimum 2 years experience in a senior role within the hotel, preferably as a Head of Department.

You will be involved in all aspects of the hotel from Front Office, Bar and Restaurant, Accommodations, Spa and Back of House.

Is an excellent communicator and has good interpersonal skills

Experience in SOP’s, Staff Training, Reservations, up selling of products and services.

Ability to work as a team with the other Heads of Department (20)

Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English

Salary will be in line with experience

This is a full time position and shifts carry from 7am until close.

Salary: €22,000-€30,000 (depending on experience)
