Head Chef (Modern Irish Restaurant)

My client is currently seeking a commercially aware Head Chef with extensive kitchen and management experience.

Applicants with 3-4 years experience in a top quality restaurant would be best suited to this role.
The ideal candidate will have proven culinary experience in a similar restaurant (at least 4 years).

Prerequisites for this position include:

A passion for food and an interest in trying new ideas
Previous experience in a kitchen management position
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Haccp management experience
Ability to maintain stock control and profit margins
Manage kitchen team - rosters, training, mentoring

Salary: €30,000-€45,000 (depending on experience)

The successful candidate will demonstrate flair and imagination and the highest culinary standards and food production knowledge
