This is a great studio about 5-minutes walk from the beaches.

The studio can accommodate 4. It has all the amenities: SKY TV, DVD player, internet access, microwave etc.

The building is centrally located on a quiet street at the bottom of Avenue de Grasse. The studio was recently refurbished with a new kitchenette and bathroom. There is also a balcony and a private gated car park. The building has lift access to all floors.

Cannes is a great base from which to explore the whole of the Cote D'Azur.
