Filipino martial arts include weapons and empty hand systems which are renouned woldwide for thier effectiveness.They are paticurally highly regarded by Martial Artists for thier effectiveness in dealing with bladed and weapon attacks.

Discover Llanera Fighting Systems which is an interesting and highly effective Filipino martial art whcih in includes Llanera Escrima and Say kan Combat in friendly and enjoyable classes.

These arts have being designed by its founder Grandmaster Llanera to be an effective self defence against all types of attacks.It relies on technique rather than strength or agression to over come an attacker and is suitable for men and women of all fitness levels.

Whats taught:
Included in this style are Single Stick/Sword,Double Stick/Sword,Short Stick 12 inch,Palm Stick,Sword and dagger,Staff,Knife defence,improvised weapons and the comprehensive Filipino emprty hand system of Saykan Combat.

EscrimaTraining includes Stick Blocking,Striking,Disarming,Locking,Throws and takedowns,Groundwork,tranisitioning,Rapid striking,Flow drills,forms and improvised weapons.

Say Kan Combat Training includes Striking with Hands,feet,knees elbow etc,Blocking,Trapping,Locks,Joint Attack,Vital points strikes,Tale Downs,Throws,Ground Techniques,Flow Drills,Palm Stick,Knife Defence,Gun Disarms,Health and Breathing Exercises.

Classes:
These classes are suitable for men a women of all fitness levels.
Train for enjoyement,self defense,Self improvement, art,sport or become an instructor.
All classes are run in a friendly professional and progressive manner.
Beginers classesin Escrima ,donnybrook, saturdays ,12 midday.
