The Role

Reporting to the Front of House Manager the receptionist is responsible for the following duties:

*Under the general guidelines of the Departmental Manager, ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards.
*To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times.
*To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements. Reception is often the first line of contact between hotel and guest.
*It is imperative that every opportunity is taken to delight the guest and ensure that the team rises to the challenge.


The Person

The ideal candidate will:
*Have previous receptionist experience, ideally in a 3/4 star hotel.
*Be a smiley, welcoming person.
*Have previous experience with Fidelio/Opera.
*Be prepared to help out with the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.
