The room has two single beds that can be seperated or joined together, 2 dressers and a wardrobe.
The flat has a huge back yard for which is great for the summer, if we ever get any more sun! Flatmates are easy going and enjoy a wee wine most nights. Would prefer person/people who is as tidy as possible!
The room is €550 a month for single occupancy or €650 for two females sharing. Bond of one months rent and one month in advance required.
Gas and Power are additional.
