Head Chef / Sous Chef

This food and beverage operation located near Wicklow town requires a Head Chef to join their team. This position wil be also available for an experienced Sous Chef.

The role is suited to chefs with experience in kitchens with a large turnover of diners and busy periods throughout the week.

Main duties will involve:
To organize all food preparation, food production and food service.
The work must be carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with all Food Hygiene regulations.


Day to day running of busy restaurant & kitchen.

Working in a team of 6 chefs and 3 kitchen assistants.

Open breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days.

This is a very busy operation with a large turnover of tables, lots of flexibility is required.

Candidates applying should have:


Relevant experience in similar bar / restaurant operation.

Enthusiasm, energy, ideas and pride in your work.

Senior experience in team environment.

Fluent English is essential.

Complete understanding and adherence to Food Hygiene Regulations.
