Hi all....just thought that I'd give this a shot and see what happens and see is the old saying "you never know till you try" true ...so here I go...

I'm a 37 yr old professional living on the south side of Dublin (but dont hold that against me lol)...I'm 5'8 fair hair,blue eyes,slim build and whilst I'm not George Clooney or Brad Pitt (I wonder do they use Gumtree lol)I have been told that I'm not bad looking either...put it like this...I'm happy with me

I like the normal things in life....getting out and about, socialising with friends,cinema,theatre,eating out (and I'm not a bad cook either so could surprise you there)cosy nights in with a good bottle of wine and even better company,travel,reading,love music,sport and walking...I like to think of myself as good company,a good conversationalist and a good listener...I'd see myself as fairly easy going,been told I'm funny with a good sense of humour,genuine and loyal...I definitely place a large emphasis on loyalty and fidelity within a relationship....at heart I'm a bit of a romantic and like to spoil and pamper that special someone once I get to know them...doesn't have to be huge gestures...the smallest ones can be the best sometimes

Ideally I'm looking for a lady aged 30-40 with similar interests and characteristics (and some of her own individual ones naturally) for friendship and possibly more....just see what happens I guess...got to the stage now that although I'm happy with my life it would be nice to share things with someone special and enjoy the highs and experience the lows of life together....I'm not big into looks as once everything starts sagging and heading "down south" personality and attitude will still be there and that's the most important thing although a physical attraction does help for sure and theres no point in saying otherwise...but personality and attitude are always more relevant

Ideally I'm looking for someone in the Dublin or Lenister area but thats NOT a deal breaker or set in stone in any way....not looking for "head wreckers" or people who play mind games - been there seen it etc - just some one who knows what they want and are up to the challenge of being with someone who knows what he wants as well...looking for someone genuine,honest,sincere caring and who is also independent as well and who can hold a conversation....
