Our client is a leading, global software provider within the engineering sector, delivering solutions and integrated applications on an open platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and demanding work environment, in a brand new Shared Services Centre in Central Dublin. There are 14 positions available across all European languages.The Regional Account Specialist team provides ongoing support in an account management function for key clients in the market relevant to your languages. This company and position will challenge and drive you to perform at your best within a team of talented professionals. Responsibilities
· Manage assigned regional key accounts, for your specific market
· Provide excellence in all support of key accounts which will result in license renewals and increased revenue
· Respond to all requests from your regional accounts in a timely and efficient manner
· Provide product specialist team with lead processing support and partner quote creation
· Execute new order fulfilment and onboard new subscribers
· Maintain quarterly account contact to support targeted campaigns and provide subscriber care and account maintenance
· Resolve invoice disputes with key accounts
· Maintain SAP contract subscription records for contact, product, pricing accuracy
· Reduce attrition through strategic and tactical account management
· Provide licensing support where necessary
· Abide by all product and subscription policies and maintain financial controls


Skills & Experience

· 2 to 5 years experience in a commercial account management function having revenue growth requirements ideally in a lead to cash operational model
· Prior experience of licensing, renewals and/or order fulfilment in a software company would be a significant advantage
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated professionalism in a results oriented work environment
· 4 year university degree is essential
· Demonstrated skills and experience delivering against key performance metrics
· Experience executing in SAP or other ERP system equivalent in CRM and/or other application modules
· Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
· Fluency in English is essential for all roles
· Other European Languages required for the team: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Hungarian, Czech, Italian, Scandinavian (any language), Eastern Europe (any language)
