Position: Senior Design Architect
Location: Saudi Arabia
Temporary/Contract/Permanent: Permanent
Salary: EUR30,000 - EUR35,000 tax free + accommodation + car/travel allowance + ticket home

Responsibilities:
* Your role will involved all aspects of architecture from design to detailed drawings to site management.
* Ability to manage a project from concept stage to completion
* Management of projects and meetings and where needed working on site to ensure that the designs are being constructed to specification.
* Accurate production of detailed drawings
* Creative flair and an ability to work on 3D packages would be a distinct advantage
* The post will involve working within a team on a range of projects from hotels, apartments and commercial developments as well as government work
Requirements:
* You will be a qualified Architect with ideally 10 years or more experience having worked on a range of projects in terms of size and complexity
* If you have less than 10 years experience you will offer a good range of both technical and design capability and able to run your own projects from start to finish
* Strong and clear communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with clients
* Previous site experience is essential to ensure that you are able to put your designs into reality.
* Strong technical understanding and the ability to produce accurate working drawings is essential.
