A Chef de Partie with 1-2 years experience is required for an immediate start for a leading company based in Dublin North.

The ideal candidate will display a high standard in the quality of their work with attention to detail, taste, presentation and hygiene. Previous experience working in a busy kitchen in a four-five star property is desirable, as is experience dealing with Carvery, A-la-Carte and Group Menus.

The main areas of responsibilities of the Chef de Partie role will include:
To be familiar with and comply with all HACCP rules.
To be responsible for the serving of food to the Restaurant or any section of the hotel including Banqueting
To take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head/Sous Chef
