Role represent an excellent opportunity to join a first-class finance function of a highly regarded industry leader. This will be a five-month contract, required to provide cover for absence and additional assistance over year-end and audit for a large plc.

The role will involve:
Preparation of management accounts for business streams, including variance analysis and investigation
Dealing with queries from operational management
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Participation in the year-end accounts and audit preparation.
Highlight opportunities for process improvements as they arise.
Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements for this Role
Ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant with a minimum on to two years' PQE in industry, with experience in preparation of management accounts. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic and exceptionally high work standards are qualities essential for success in the role.
