A well-established, progressive Telecoms Company with offices in Dublin currently seeks to recruit a Customer Service Team Manager to manage a team of approx. 15 field operations and internal customer service staff on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the delivery of customer orders to both Residential and Business Sectors.

Experience required:
5 years customer service experience within Telecoms / related business
5 years team management experience
Strong technical background

Duties include:
Manage order processing activity for both business and residential clients
Development and implement new and existing processes and procedures
Manage team - field service and internal customer service
Ongoing productivity and customer service improvements

Salary region : 60-70K Depending on experience.
