I'm a part-time lecturer and PhD student, seeking a double-room, short-term (2 months +) with likewise friendly, tidy, sporty and non-smoking housemates.

Ideally I'd like to get somewhere in the Rathgar/Rathmines area or generally Dublin 2, 4 and 6/6w.

My budget is 350-450 euro per month (latter including bills).
