Description

Our client is a provider of Diagnostic services to the public service throughout Ireland. Due to continued growth our client is now planning to recruit a Business Development Manager to help grow their current client base throughout Ireland

This successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing and growing our clients business in the South of Ireland in order to enhance their reputation and grow our clients business.

The aim of the role is to identify, recruit and support business relationships between the client and their business partners as well as managing day to day service activities


Role:

New business development as well as account management
Maintaining long term relationship with all stakeholders
Reviewing and monitoring service and performance
Display leadership and guidance to staff members
Enhance the necessary skills of the business unit team to meet their objectives through focused training, development plans and succession planning
Monitor performance to metrics, manage resources and prioritise to achieve targets


Requirement:

4+ years’ experience in a medical role or diagnostic sales
Third level qualification
Strong Leadership/Organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to lead change and produce innovative solutions to problems
Proven track record in relationship development with professionals across Southern Ireland.
Plan and implement a planned approach to sales within the specified region
People Management Experience
Self starter with ability to work on won initiative

This is an excellent role for candidates with Diagnostic experience in a clinical or business environment to take on a challenging and rewarding new position.
