Overview
Our client is a leading, global software provider within the engineering sector. A global company in more than 50 countries with over 3000 employees, and annual turnover of $500million. The Manager of the Inside Sales team will be responsible for ensuring that revenue targets are met through effective support and management of a multilingual team. The team focused on sales into the Engineering sector will sell to potential and existing clients via telephone, email marketing & on-line product demonstrations. Your team will be based in Central Dublin, selling into key markets across EMEA.
Responsibilities
· Achieve quarterly and annual product revenue targets through the team
· Support, train and mentor sales team to perform at their best
· Effective one-to-one performance management meetings with your sales team
· Hold regular team meetings, to motivate and build team strength
· Deal with any escalations from existing or potential accounts
· Work with country managers and sales teams in market to deliver against company goals
· Develop current and future business potential managing the full sales process, bringing sales to close
· Help the team to promote and pro-actively sell product-line products across all regional accounts
· Build effective internal relations with departments and individuals to maximize the sales efforts and revenue potential of regional sales
· Develop, increase and maintain detailed knowledge of all products
· Ensure team is providing timely and accurate sales administration
· Deliver weekly accurate opportunity/sales forecasting reports
Skills Required
· Educated to degree level
· At least 2-3 years of Inside sales management experience is essential
· Experience in IT software/Enterprise solutions sales
· Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally within software sales
· Hands on management style – coaching and mentoring team
· Excellent motivational skills - high energy, enthusiastic people manager
· Excellent relationship building skills
· A strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
· Target-driven and goal-oriented
· Fluency in English is essential
· Additional European languages considered a distinct advantage
