Candidates must be self motivated and have the ability to provide top quality food service. The candidate must be flexible, dedicated and hard working with the capability of carrying out all duties to a consistently high standard.

The ideal candidate should have
1. Recognised chef qualifications and food hygiene certificates
2. Good working knowledge of HACCP
3. Previous experience in a busy kitchen and advantage
4. Function / Carvery skills an advantage
5. Experience in 4/5 star Hotels
